Question - is there a rule that all the fielders must be in the field of play when the ball is pitched? One of the announcers brought up the fact that if Viz threw a wild pitch during the IBB, Lofton would come home - why wouldn't the Yankees put a player behind the catcher to prevent this very unlikely scenario?
