I call the extra $1.25. FLOP (~$5) 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villain bets $4. I smoothcall. TURN ($13) 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villain checks I bet $10. Villain pushes. I call. Villain shows JJ (Really? That's your big checkraise?) turn 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I think I'm actually an underdog to 3 outers these days. My chance of winning goes down as the potsize increases WHILE my opponents outs decrease. Not sure how to represent that as a formula. |

For the last 3 poker sessions I've been running -bb/100... I keep reviewing the big losses. I can't tell you how many times I've seen the river card and said, "well, that's only scary if my open was dumb enough to call down 2 streets with a naked gutshot"... and 2 seconds later I'm stacked. I'm so tempted to start calling down with gutshots just to see if they'll come. |

HOWEVER, if u CALL an all in with these same hands, they ALWAYS HIT...give it a try lol |
