[ QUOTE ] equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 49.916% 49.60% 00.31% 849322 5387.50 { 2c2s } Hand 1: 50.084% 49.77% 00.31% 852207 5387.50 { AhKh } [/ QUOTE ] Fascinating stuff. So AK suited RED is a tiny favourite v any black pair. To my shame, I did not know that. If you are of a mind, what's the story if your man is holding 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] v AK [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]? [/ QUOTE ] That one is better for 22: equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 50.298% 49.96% 00.33% 855521 5727.00 { 2d2s } Hand 1: 49.702% 49.37% 00.33% 845329 5727.00 { AdKd } The worst for AK (other than AA or KK) is this: equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 42.724% 42.57% 00.16% 728909 2661.00 { AcKd } Hand 1: 57.276% 57.12% 00.16% 978073 2661.00 { ThTs } The thing to remember about AK is that it is crushed by AA, a pretty big dog to KK, is a "toss up" against 22-QQ, it crushes AQ and lower and is around a 2:1 favourite against other unpaired undercards. So all this means that AK is a good hand to come over the top all-in with. It likes to see all five cards and there are only two hands it is in trouble against. |
