You didn't do a great job defending him. He's actually jacking around 8 3s a game as part of his 20 shot onslaught. He doesn't shoot 3s well enough to be jacking 'em up like that. He's only a career 36% 3pt shooter. For comparison, he's only scoring around 2 more ppg on 3s than Nash is, on 3.5 more attempts.
Last season, he scored 1.35 points per shot, which isn't awful, but it's not great. I hope he does get better. He rules. I voted him over AI, btw.
