I think people are forgetting that having your body temperature drop for 12 hours straight would be pretty disastrous for your body.

when i was in aruba last year the water was amazingly warm and surf-less. I'm talking bathtub warm, 80 degrees easily, with no surf whatsoever.

If I could take a big tube of sunscreen and a gallon jug of water I guarantee I could do it. also not sure of the rules but if you have to stay in 5 feet of water, no more and no less, this is way harder than having to stay in 5 feet of water minimum.
