Might this be AQ?

It´s TWO villains who saw the flop. Really wouldn´t be something unheard of if one of them hit a set.

I guess it really comes down to wether or not you think he might do this to defend against your pushing him off of pots. If so, AQ is possible.

Personaly, I tend to give him some respect and fold here.
