So you got your money but were slightly inconvenienced by some security measures.
I like the fact that they have security measures in place to - keep underage kids from gambling - keep criminals from using poker sites for money laundering - catch multi-account cheaters Can you not afford to wait 2 or 3 days, even a week for your money? You see 1000's of posts here about "where's my money", "beware site XXX", but in 99.9% of the cases, the poster gets his money. Most of the people that complain about the "inconvenient" security measures are playing on "tight" bankrolls and are very impatient. If they could catch all the ZJ's and other cheats I would gladly wait a month for my cashouts. Actually, anyone who cannot wait a month for a cashout needs some lessons in money management. Don't get me wrong, I don't like waiting for a cashout. But if your bankroll is such that a 2-day delay in a cashout is giving you grief, you should get a job. |

Donkey boy. Its the money that i'm worried about its the inconvience.
Take the information and security measures when the accounts OPEN UP, not when they shut down. Donkey boy, if you heard other posters they said they make normal withdrawls and they don't get hassled. I closed the account out. Donkey Boy.... Party Poker, Full Tilt Poker, Bodog poker, Paradise poker, TRUE POKER, never did this to me when I did a full withdrawl, but this NO NAME site is asking for 3 points of identification as if I'm securing my home for a loan. Donkey boy, the reason I'm pissed is because they are a no name company who is holding 2K of my money asking me for 3 points of identification. Donkey boy, the relative amount of money that I'm withdrawing is irrelevant. What 2K means to me may mean differently to you, may mean differently to someone else. Ok Donkey, thats why I made the post. |

1) you have no reason to be upset at this site
2) most of what you expect from them is unreasonable |

Donkey, answer me this.......
Lets say you go out to buy a home, you obviously don't have all the money to put down on the house because you play poker and don't have a real job. So you go to the bank to take out a loan, but for you donkey you have to go to a subprime lender because your credit is so bad.... because you play poker and don't have a real job. So now you chose AmeriQuest.... you decide its time to buy a home. You choose the home with your donkey boyfriend and you secure it with a loan. Ameriquest holds onto your DEED for your home, but they don't ask you for any information, they just tell you to write down you name, address and phone number. Now you make your payments each month for your home. At the end of 30 years you make your last payment. Ameriquest has to give you your DEED to your home now because YOU OWN IT.... are they going to ask you know for your ID, 3 points of identification to you donkey?? For the past 30 years you've been giving them money..... THEY SHOULD DO THAT IN THE BEGINNING so you don't default on your loan or so that if you do default they can come after you for payments.... You did your business with them. NOw you are done doing your business and they ask you for all this information after you have been making payments to them for the past 30 years...... COME ON DONKEY, think?!? My point is this...... IF YOU WANT TO STOP THE SCAMS and all other BS and money laundering and KIDS CREATING ACCOUNTS, you take care of the problem at the root, you nip it at the bud.... not when the money is taken out..... |

I don't agree with this procedure one bit. What do you think? [/ QUOTE ] You make a post requesting feedback. OldLearner replies to your post (as you requested) and then you go on to berate him - very nice. You are a class act, sir. You were inconvenienced because you had to send in a little paperwork. Big freakin' deal. This is fairly common practice among many of the small to mid size sites. Is it an inconvenience? Sure. Then end of the world? I don't think so Henny Penny. With all the concern around security and integrity I'm surprised anyone would be stressed about having to produce a few pieces of identification prior to their first withdrawal. I do acknowledge the inconvenience but man... get a grip. I know hindsight is 20/20 but next time you may want to omit the "what do you think?" part. |

come on you are telling me he doesn't need to be berated, I'm simply stating a fact and a prewarning to potential BETUS clients.
I wrote to notify the 2+2 gay community that BETUS is a site which requires 3 points of ID when you take money out from the site. I don't like the fact that I had to do this as I was cashing out. The reason I believe they don't do it in the beginning is that its a turn off for a potential customer. I don't like it how none of this information is disclosed in the beginning during sign up, if it was I wouldn't have joined. I believe security should be of utmost importance as well. But let me ask you something....... who is BETUS regulated by that they are so worried about money laundering... they obviously aren't regulated by the UNITED STATES of AMERICA for which it stands one nation under god. So realize this, the reason I posted this is because I don't believe some Bohemian Bank in the Islands of San Puerto Domingo della Saate Cominchio should be asking me for all these points of ID when I cash out. Think about it logically...... Use your brains to answer this one and not so much your emotions. Ok Donkey 2. donkey - in poker terms - someone who just doesn't understand and makes incorrect plays over and over and over and who is either a marginal winner at best or a break even player or a loser. |

I wrote to notify the 2+2 gay community [/ QUOTE ] My apologies. I thought this was addressed to the general 2+2 community. Had I known it was only addressed to the 2+2 "gay" community, I would never have responded. You really are an ass though. Or is it a donkey. Whine on ...... |
