Cheating from the "Blind"

The blind guy shouldn't be dealing at all - you should just have someone else deal in his place when it's his button. If there's any chance at all of him reading the back of a card, then the only cards he should touch are his own two.

Aside from that, I think the dealer (even in a player-dealt game) should be responsible for running that hand that he is dealing - making sure bets are right, following the action, pulling in the pot, pushing the pot, etc... It seems like this would be tough to do for someone who is blind.
