No, Roman's referring to the company that's been selling alarms for toilet seats that go off when someone (a male someone) lifts up the seat. There's been a movement in Sweden and Germany to modify male behavior so we do not urinate while standing up it's supposedly a sign of our dominance. It's complete nonsense of course.

I know of no "good old days" when women ever did that nor does it seem likely they ever would, lol.
