No. Doug stated this was the case for tournaments and sng's. Nothing was mentioned about cash games. If I have $100 in a pot, and I time out due to disconnect and my opponent doesn't, do I just lose this money? What if we both time out? I have never seen an answer to this question in these threads everytime FTP goes down.

It's a misdeal if the hand wasn't completed (i.e., just like it had never been dealt, everything rolled back, even if someone had the mortal nuts). If it was some weird thing where it was a general problem and he was able to act just before his connection went down also, email support and hope for the best.

Thanks for the reply. What do you mean by if the hand wasn't completed? Does this mean in the event that both players time out? Is a hand therefore deemed completed when only one person times out? Do they have a complete policy written out somewhere? I couldn't find much on the website. I just tried emailing support and they sent me a basically unrelated form letter response about their current system status. Nice as usual =/
