Multimillionaire itll probably be a breeze also..

Im not sure of the details but thats how it is with the Chinese who immigrate to B.C.

Unless you are like an Afghan women if you are penniless and not a refugee just forget about getting sitizenship without some heavy credentials in demand...i.e. and M.D. or desirable PhD...MBA from Wharton and job there for awhile.....

Again ive just heard this stuff anecdotally im not immigration lawyer working out of Ottawa.

This deal was implemented for Hong Kong residents only (I believe) right before the take over to China in 98 (or was it 97?)... all as you had to do was invest 200K or have it in the bank, or open a business that would employ something like 6 Canadians.. (that number might be wrong).

Pretty easy, if you're from Hong Kong.
