That doesn't make much sense. If you can discuss your hand but only if it is a lie then why would anyone discuss their hand since everyone would know not to believe what was said?

Fire off an e-mail to [email protected]. If this is first reported offense, they'll send him an e-mail warning him not to do it again. If it's second offense, they'll turn off his chat privileges.
