I am in a league with some weird owners.

This has to be the stupidest move I've ever seen. 8 team league, 1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 flex, 1 te, 1 def, 1 pk

One of the owners (runner-up in last year's league), drops Marques Colston, a guy ranked as the 19th best WR in the league. Who does he pick up? John Broussard. Who? Yeah, I had to look him up too. He's listed as the 141st best WR in the league. Then, he drops Broussard after one week (never even bothered playing him). Of course, everyone else in the league scrambled to pick up Colston off of waivers (I didn't get him though).

OK, everyone is entitled to one mistake, right?

Well, he also dropped three decent RBs: Jamal Lewis, Lendale White, and Deuce McAllister (ranked number 21, 25, and 29 by footballguys). In return, he picked up Shaun McDonald (65th best WR) and Sam Hurd (64th best WR) and the 63rd best TE in the league (Justin Peelle).

Seriously, what the hell is he thinking?

Last year, another owner dropped Donald Driver and TJ Houshmanzadah after bad weeks.

This looks a lot more like collusion then being stupid. Even the worst guys out there aren't this bad. I've seen this happen when the collusion partner has the right waiver priority. the number of players being dropped also allows them to do it more then once. Since other people will grab the guys being dropped, once the cheater has once again gotten the high waiver priority, he can drop another stud.
