Anyone have an opinion about what our bb/100 as a total should be comprised of? For example if our bb/100 is 5, would you imagine 60% comes from showdown winnings and the other 40% is non showdown or 70/30 ?? Ideas?

Very player dependent. I think, but am not sure, that most mildly winning players actually lose money in non-showdown hands, so something like 120 / (-20). Look for PokerEV in the software forum and you can actually get graphs displaying this for you. There was a thread a week or so ago about those graphs, maybe in MSNL... I think carrotsnake was notable for having an extremely large portion of his winnings come from nonshowdowns (he may have even been losing a small amount of money in showdowns and winning a huge amount without them).

My stats for the month (35k hands or so): Showdown winnings are 140% of my total winnings. Keep in mind that non-showdown hands include a bunch of losses from the blinds. If you only count non-blind hands, it's only about 60% of my winnings from showdowns.

For every winning player winnings at showdown will be VASTLY higher than non-showdown winnings. Definitely more than 70/30.

It's something like 90/10 for winning players.
