He said that the "new" affiliate manager was against rakeback, so I imagine he wouldn't turn it on would he?

nor do I....doesn't make much sense. Perhaps he should have considered taking the average of all the rake you've earned since you've been with him

[ QUOTE ] ReTR isn't the first affiliate to get shut down by PP and they certainly will not be the last. [/ QUOTE ] Who said that he is getting shut down? [/ QUOTE ] Trust me, after all the bad publicity etc. someone is going to turn him into party (upset customer with a copy of the transaction for the "rakeback" payment maybe? or perhaps an email talking about party rakeback?), and party will simply close him down. Frankly I'm surprised no one has already done this. If he keeps the money, I give it a 99% chance at least 1 person will tell party he's been giving rakeback. |

We gave the thread 24 hours and the OP never gave evidence that supported the accusation, so the thread was deleted. Cup [/ QUOTE ] Maybe he assumed that the numerous confirmations by players who posted after him was sufficient evidence. I certainly did. |

Well, El Diablo warned everyone about using this affiliate back on October 18th 2005 in this thread.
So I would like to thank the masked man for saving me from signing up with Reducetherake. I nearly did, now i'm thankful I didn't. |

I don't know all the details of this particular situation but I think he does deserve the benefit of the doubt. It's tough to resolve situations like this overnight. What matters is that this is ultimately resolved in a fair and timely manner. Is there a day that goes by someone doesn't post something complaining about this poker site or are there many affiliates that at one time or another haven't had a problem with them? I've heard far fewer if any complaints about RTR over the past several months. I'm not saying this is the site's fault. There stance on this matter is pretty clear. Still even though this is the affiliate's problem they are inevitably linked to it.

The 15% solution though and changing the agreement in order to make a profit from his players does not sound good does it? I hope he adopts a better solution. |

If Tim was losing money from paying People from PT stats then his clients have a lot to answer for. I.e. people were obviously sending false stats or forgetting to mention the bonuses that were coming off the MGR. After all with no trackers Tim was relying on good will from his customers - This obviously has not been the case.
However I have issues with the way this has been handled. Docking people 10% is not right (thats almost 50% of the rakeback) If I was Tim I would switch to a monthly freeroll - it is the only way he wont have disputes over payments going forward if he has been stupid enough to openly advertise rakeback and has lost his individual trackers. One more thing why 15%? surely 20% would still cover any clients bigging up their rakeback if you went via PT stats? But as someone said before, he's probably been reported to Party by an unhappy client and this is probably his last payout. |

What's the easiest way to send the PT files he wants? Does he want the .txt files or the .hhf files?

All the previous ones were by individual tracking. |
