While this might be arguable, I think driving a stick shift is becoming a lost art. Less and less new cars feature the standard option, and fewer of the younger generations know how to drive this type of car.

[/ QUOTE ] I don't think that's true. In Jamaica we import a lot of 2nd hand cars from Japan. Stick shifts are very much the exception, in a way that wasn't true 15 years ago. Also, automatics used to sell for a premium, they don't any more. |
