It's unlikely that Gabe 3bet with KQ against a non-crazy UTG raiser. If he did, it's unlikely he would call the flop raise with it. So, while yes, from RW's perspective, KQ could call the river bet, it's not really in Gabe's range.

Disregard the KQ comments in that case. KQ is definitely in Gabe's range from RW's perspective. That makes the river bet make a lot more sense.

Still a very reasonable river fold, just for slightly different reasons.
