i experienced a similar problem to otter's a couple of times as well---with only 4 tables openning.

i was able to resolve it by closing and restarting autohotkey a couple of times. also, i found that i needed to make sure to start iWitness first with the lobby i am logged into otherwise it would only open 4 tables rather than the full ten (i.e., ensure iWitness "client 1" is associated with the party lobby you are logged into).

i realize otter's problem is likely more complex than this---hey , you never know.
