While reading another thread I thought of a question: Why do TAG[fish]s insist upon open limping from the SB vs my BB?

Is this really a winning play? They usually play horribly postflop as they get stubborn and try to outplay me everytime I do decide to raise them.

It's not like I call every raise from the SB either. And I'm not complaining that they're willing to get it in with any 7hi flush draw they flop. I just want to understand the theory behind this play.
