jfish, your posts in msnl often make my nose bleed because they are the exact opposite of what I think. But I saw your graph and all and it makes me sick. I make 4ptbb at 400NL, plz coach me so I could reach the 7 ptbb.

Hope I'm not too late for this.

I've been entertaining a staking/coaching/mentoring relationship for a while but never really knew how to get involved or find a staker.

I've been playing full time for 2 years. The first year I played mostly STT's and did very well. At the beginning of 2007 I moved to cash and have had decent success. I have beaten every level and type of poker that I've ever attempted and am confident that I can play higher than 200NL (my current level). The 2 main reasons I haven't moved up are:

1. I don't play nearly enough as I should (lazy?)
2. Monthly expenses (house, car, loans, etc) are too high to consistently build a roll to move up as well.

Here are most of my cash game stats from Jan 01, 2007 to the present (a bunch are missing from different sites I played on that didn't support ptracker)

And here are my sharkscope graph and stats

all,

we will likely go through everybody and collectively decide whether we want to stake/coach you one by one later tonight or tomorrow.

jfish, hi. I remember you from IRC in #ftr back in the day. You were a pretty cool dude.

These are all my stats from the beginning of July, since I got my new computer:

As you can see, I sucked it up at 1/2, but it included a couple late-night tiltfests (both around 7-8 buyins). I think I am not great at 1/2 but I have an edge.

I moved to PS on August 27th and here is my PT since then:

I have a decent edge at .5/1 just to abusing the bad TAG regs and stuff.

I cash out arond 1100 a month because my girlfriend doesn't have a job at the moment and I'm paying all of our bills. I would like to be staked for 2/4 or 3/6 because I have a feeling with a bit of coaching and plugging leaks I can be a great player in MSNL.

I've been consistently playing as a 'pro' while I'm in school so I haven't had much of a chance to move up. It's hindered my bankroll growth but I have logged a huge amount of hands at .5/1 and a decent amount at 1/2.

Good luck in your search, hopefully you guys profit a bunch from this.

(As an aside, what are your profit split percentages while on the stake and how long would it last?)

Ok, I went busto a month ago, got some cash and put 600 on FT. Started playing @ 100 plo, made a few hundo, moved into the 200 nl, got it to 4k, in 12k hands. The big swing in the middle was one long session I started out 8 tabling 200 nl, got smacked down right off the bat for like 5-6 buyins and moved up to chase. Had 800 left when I sat at 1 400 nl table, 6 hours later I was back to 4k. Started over the next night @ 200 nl and worked it up to 6200 in two sessions in one day. Then I tried 8 tabling again and got beat up again. Got fed up and moved to 3-6 where I ran decent over 900 hands and ended @ 7k. Cashout plz, ty. I definately am interested in coaching. I especially enjoy HU play, and would consider myself better @ HU than 6max, but I know I can beat 200nl 6max for 5ptbb easy.

Just bought PT this last month... (I play live a lot)

poker is getting a little stressful for me, but I am a winning player at 2/4 and even tho I am rolled for it, I think I could play better without being so stressed out all the time. I will post pt shots if my desktop makes it out of the shop alive (Tuesday)

edit: I am not sure I would want a stake yet, even tho im a lil stressed out
