TBH, the zone I tend to play the worst is between -500 and -1000. After 1000, I tend to just laugh at the absurdity of the beats and/or my bad play.

Yeah, I actually felt fine after this and was in a good mood that night. Everything was so absurd that there was no way it wasn't a result of bad luck, so it didn't really affect my ego at all. It's the weird in-between combinations of bad luck and bad plays that put me on the worst tilt.

BTW, I've had one +200 BB day in my life, and now one -200 BB day, so I guess I'm doing OK.
