I don't think you are being unreasonable at all Even if I was really keen to take part in this scheme the moment I saw the 'give us all your passwords' requirement I would have dropped the idea instantly. Even if you trust DTD do you trust badbeat.com? Even if you trust the organisations, can you trust all their employees who might have access to your info? What will your poker sites think about the logins from various IPs and the password changing back and forth?

The various risks involved are ugly, and there has to be better ways for them to investigate your poker activity/profitibility.
