There are three ways SB can have 99, one way he can have AA and one way he can have QQ, meaning that eight possible holdings can beat you.

Your opponent can have AK eight ways, AJ eight ways, AT eight ways, and A9 six ways. But since he appears to be a solid player, let's say that there's only a 17% chance that your opponent would play top pair this way.

You are up front at this point in the hand ten times (10=(8+8+8)/6+6) and you are behind five times. I have yet to take into account the fact the one of you who is behind could still outdraw the other. Nonetheless, I feel it's safe to say that a call it the correct play here, because you have to pay $41.50 to call when there's already $68 in the pot.
