Now I just read the entire thread, and no one's mentioned this. I guess you're all real gangsters and all I know is what I've seen in the movies, so could someone please enlighten me to the probability that this guy shoots the guy on the floor after getting shot in the head... like... an involuntary finger pull motion?

Also, OP, did they find the robber's gun to be loaded/unloaded/real/fake? And more details on how he went about shooting the unarmed accomplice plz.
