Default Re: girls hate that word?

I was sitting at a diner one night around 2am with my friend, and these two skanky looking girls are sitting behind us. Skank 1 is telling Skank 2 some story about how her boyfriend doesn't like the words "moist" or "panties." We start snorting and chuckling in anticipation, and soon enough she lets loose with "so I asked him 'you don't like my moist panties?'" This doesn't sound too funny as I type it up, but it was hilarious at the time.

Some feminist movements are attempting to reclaim the word as a strong 'girl power' sort of thing. The idea is that 'c*nt' isn't something that we should be embarrassed by. The word's strong derogatory interpretation can easily be construed to strike at the essence of womanhood. 'C*nt' is attitude and pride!

There's a book I've seen at Borders with the simple and tasteful title of "C*NT," all about taking back the word.
