i deposit with code , i ve been awarded the bonus but the requirement is not decreasing...

I just cleared it at nl10. I think you need to quit the tables you are playing at before the numbers updates.

I deposited today (18th Aug) and have until midnight on the 1st Sept to clear the bonus.

The counter on the bonus page has a slight lag but usually catches up 5-10 mins after playing.

I got this too, every hand counts that is raked 1c or more. So even hands at LHE 0.05/.01 count. Apparently Empire has some weird problem, and hand histories all have January 01, 1970 02:00 ET as the time. So im not using PT during playing, easier to replace the date and then load the hands.

Yes, i have both. I only have different emails for them, but same neteller etc.
