When I'm at Whole Foods I've noticed how insistent the cashiers are about instructing me how to use my ATM card. Either their system is more complicated than the norm or people who shop at Whole Foods are dumber than average.

At Costco, for instance, you swipe your card and out you go. No cash back question, no verifying the amount, none of that [censored].
