Half-brag, half-real question. How far along is your new year's resolution, did you totally forget about it?
Mine was to do 20 pull-ups in a row (without stopping, going down the whole way, etc). Yesterday I was finally able to do it, I started the year only being able to do 9. How bout you? |

I used to drink 6-8 Pepsi's a day. Quit drinking soda of any kind on the first. I now consume plenty of water a day. 8 1/2 months later still sodaless and have also lost 15 lbs.
