At these levels, you would be better off playing straight forward poker. PF, it should have been a 3 bet, if not 4 bet. Pocket kings are vulnerable to multiple callers.

On the flop, you should have bet to see where you are and if raised you are probably beat. That would be a good time to fold. In this case, I tend to think villan probably flopped a straight hence the check on the river as he was worried about you having a flush.
