5knl, Im not playing well and about to quit when my best friend joins the table. He runs his 3k stack up to $6900 (I cover ldo), when a shortstack raise UTG, bff calls the BN, and I take a paddle with AJo.

Flop is AJ8sds

Checked around

Turn A

I lead pot it for 500, raises 750 more, I call.

River T completing the flush.

$3000 in the pot.

I check, he shoves for $5.5k and he shows

Ran time down to one second before making the call. With 30 seconds left, called Jay to see what he would do. He's like "flip a coin" i'm like "well, i have no coin so that means i'm calling." 8 seconds left he's like "actually, fold because why would he shove instead of bet 6k if he were" i interrupt him by calling, and he never finishes his sentence as he's cracking up instead. Go wake up Emil.

I was wondering about that too. You need to put him on a pretty wide range in order to do that and CR folding just seems yuckkkk.
