I think it's fine the way it is. There really is too much time being used now IMO.

While this is a good idea I think it's rather likely that:
1) People will abuse this and be sure to use their time bank each hour. 2) Stallers will have more timebank allowances - they'll stall on every bubble of a tournament driving me nuts in the process. In conclusion, this change would create way too many opportunities for donkeys to drive me absolutely insane. I think it's a great idea (to never implement). |

I can see certain issues with 90 secs so then I would agree with Ansky and the 30 secs every hour up to 30 secs. I just think late in a tournament, you should be allowed to think for more than 20 seconds on what you want to do. Especially if you know what you're going to do then all of a sudden the guy to your right makes a move you didn't expect and throws off your original plan. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks we could use a little extra time later in the tournaments.
