This is my first post on the forum, longtime lurker. Fin's story reminds me of my first online experience, though at a much lower level. I started on a freeroll and won 5 bucks. I ran that to 60 and put 20 of it on a 2500 gurantee at prima. Got 3rd and won 400. Next day played same game and got 2nd. NOw I have 1k. Then I go to 1/2 and run it up to 1500. I take the 1500 and sit at 2/5 NL. Run that up to 2500. Then proceed to lose 2000 on one hand when I flopped nut flush holding AsKs, runner runner boat! I cashed it all out.
I had no idea about bankroll management, something I've figured out since then.
His story reminded me of the feeling I had when I had the 2500 and looked to double that up! Great story Fin. You should always listen to the guys that KNOW what they are talking about.

YOU go fishing more when you have the bankroll. Also I'm not so sure a 100bb bankroll means anything when you're playing a guy way better than you at HU LHE.
