Default 4/180 ITM JTs against UTG raise from weak-tight villain

Villain is from my earlier table and liked to raise UTG and in EP but seemed to fold to raises. We're down to 15 players and there are 3 stacks under 4k. He's pretty weak tight but will raise in EP with AT+, 77+ but post flop is always in check/fold mode.

Bad play on my part?
