This is a bit off the beaten path, but I would've thought Grizzly Man would've been a major release, Blarg. No? Would that be because it's a documentary, in your opinion, or did I miss something?

Mostly I'm asking because a lot of people I've talked to about Grizzly Man, which they had seen, hadn't seen Aguirre...although, granted, most of them had seen the doc on tv.

I think it was not a major release because it was a documentary, yeah. Documentaries are generally t.v. fodder.

I think only a very small percentage of people who saw Grizzly Man saw Aguirre, and I'd probably recommend it to only a small percentage too. I'm a big fan now, but I liked it much more on subsequent viewings than I did at first.
