i would reiterate: GAME SELECTION
PLAY IDIOTS, SHORTSTACKS ETC. If you play someone who is decent and lose 2-3 buyins, stop and find another opponent. There are too many morons to get in a variance war w/ another decent opponent (esp one who is running good)
