hand reading help-50pl flopped top 2, see where i am, im ahead, right?

no clue really, the table was just really limpy yet loved to play huge pots on the flop.

i did lead and he tanked then folded.

Wow its amazing that the guy didnt have the flush. I'm guessing the only possible hands he could of had were a wrap straight draw, but drawing to that on a board with a flush draw after a bet and a re-raise on the flop? Mark this guy as as a fish.

I fold preflop and also bet the river. He could of picked up a heart flush draw to go with a straight draw or top pair. If your plan is just to c/c the river, then he bets any made flush and you pay it off, but he checks behind weaker two pairs and missed draws with random TPTK or some other q4xx garbage.
