Still waiting for books from Conjelco

I was just thinking this also. I ordered mine last week midweek. I am upset that someone who ordered theirs Monday had it shipped first.

Folks,

Here's the deal. The books were not available in any quantity until sometime on Friday (I'm told by the warehouse) with the bulk being available on Monday. Shipping began immediately, but there were 100's and 100's of orders to be fulfilled (not just from ConJelCo.) They have been working diligently to get them all out the door.

As of this morning there were approximately 60 of our orders that had not yet been shipped. They expect to get through them, or most of them, today.

Also, the tracking site is not updated in real time, but at the end of the day. The huge backlog has caused this process to slow as well.

If you look back at the NLTAP posts, you'll see that I had a hell of a time getting my book. That being said, I've gotten word that PNL has been delivered to the house and I'm on my way to get it. So, in fairness to ConJelco, I have to praise them for doing a good job. (Of course if my book isn't there, that could change. [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] )

Huh?? I thought ConJelCo is in Pittsburgh?
I emailed them too and Wednesday morning ConJelco emailed me and said it was shipped out Tuesday evening. But the tracking says differently. So the book was picked up 24hrs later in Henderson to be shipped out??? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

We have warehouses that do shipping for us in Nevada and Kansas. We ship very little from Pittsburgh. When you order online the form says that the books in question will ship from "ConJelCo West" which happens to be in Henderson.

I ordered mine about two weeks ago. Chose the cheapest shipping option in the list. It showed up in my mail box on Monday. I live in greater Boston.

I never did get an e-mail saying it was on its way, or any kind of tracking number. It just showed up. I'm sure yours will, too.
