If I were Mike, I would have reraised to 6.66 million preflop.

but seriously this hand played itself, no matter how you look at it.

As far as the tell goes, I have seen my friends and other players do the grimace thing, then push all in or raise. Every time they have a good hand. Yet, a "good hand" could be AA-JJ or AK. Even with this "tell", Mike can't get away from playing KK for about half his stack.

If anyone is at the final table and first hand they see KK, they are thinking JACKPOT.
