Default Re: Did Mike M made a mistake with the Kings? (WSOP spoiler)

Nonsense. I would have mucked my Kings face up so that everyone could see how good I play. It would also encourage them to try to run over me later and thats when I would make a move with rags. I guess this means that I am World Class because I think on such a deeper level than everyone else.

Matusow was the chip leader I believe. You do not make that move as chip leader?? In that situation no one in the world folds KK preflop, and that includes Bill Fillmath. And plus they all knew that Matusow was a pro, and a pro gets his money in with the best hand. I have mucked KK preflop before in my life, but not in that situation at all. And I am sure you are a brilliant poker player because we all are, but what you have to remember is that they only show a small percentage of whats actually going on at the table on TV so we have no real idea how Scott Lazar was playing. It is to easy in hinesight to look at this and say what donkish play that was by Matusow because it wasn't a donkish play it was a standard play that any PRO would make, and amateur.
