3 betting hand 1 is a must 100% of the time. By not three betting him and checking the turn, you give villain a chance to take a free card.

3 betting hand 2 is less evident, but villain obviously likes his hand and you are losing value by not betting.

FWIW, your turn bet on hand 2 is really donkish.

This is bbv stuff -- well, besides the fact that you're betting is screwey in the first 2.

1-3bet flop big if not push. I'm not taking the time to see what you or your opponent have in their stacks. Flop is waaaay too drawy to let that mr alone, especially oop.

2 - donk bigger, much closer to pot size. Tell him you're a donkey with a K or flush draw. 3-bet after it's repopped big, it'll be easier for him to call. Okay, cooler if he's got KK but usually you'll be winning this. Important part is to donk bigger so it will actually be easier for him to call your 3bet!

3 - why are you even posting this one? Villain 10/4/6 or something?

I know at higher levels these hands play out differently buttt....
hand 1 was against a player I have very extensive notes on, if we get it in on flop I am drawing to 1 out always, then his line on the turn was really solid b/c I am so sure he has a draw at that point, so I shove, just outplayed. nh

hand 2... if you 3bet your giving away the chance for him to bluff later, so how are you loosing value? If he has hands we are worried about $ is getting in on the turn anyways, why not give AK a free card here? plus hes throwing away a lot of hands that we want him to take free cards with, considering the line I took, i don't play all my sets this way obv, but you lose value by 3betting hand 2 imo... when someone donks into me im raising a shitton of hands if im villain in #2.

meh i'm just sick of this crap screwing up my winrates, I was up 5 buyins during this time on my other 8 tables, but down 3 1/2 on this table, I just want to run normal, and I could be at like 9-10 bb/100.

Variance is normal.

The most important think you need to do is take notes on how the villians played their hands, takes notes on the responses here so that when you aren't up against the nuts you get max value for your hands.

The results of the hands are irrelevant.

The question you need to ask yourself is did I play my hand optimally. If the answer is no, evaluate and fix. If the answer is yes, smile to yourself that you got your dough in with the most equity against their range.

Also, it gets much worse than this. You will have days when all your c-bets are raised, your PFR's are donked when you missed, your sets will get cracked when you get it all in.

As long as you played optimally, pat yourself on the back. If you didn't, study time.

If you are really feeling tilty, load up the play money tables or the 2NL tables and donk off some dough.

Don't worry about screwing up your winrates. That number really doesn't matter so much in the short term (there are many discussions about how many hands it takes for it to matter).

When I sit down, I have a set # of hands to play for the session (based on how long I can profitably play without tiring, losing focus) barring any outside influences (such as tilt). I play the hands and try not to look at my BR/stats until I'm done. Once I hit that # of hands, I review the session.

Did I optimally play my big pot winning hands?
Did I optimally play my big pot losing hands?
Did I optimally play my medium pots?

As many others have said in other posts, as you work toward playing a better game, the winrate will take care of itself.
