If I didn't already have an appartment lease signed from August-July, I'd find a way to make this happen. My appartment is in south Austin by the way, and I'd be all over coming to the parties you guys will have [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].

Joe,
You should keep one room open and rent it out either monthly or bi-monthly (for more than you would ask for if someone committed to a year, obviously). If you did this I'm sure you wouldn't have any trouble filling that room and I know I'd probably be up for spending some time there. I live in Dallas right now, but Austin is just unbelievable. Also, semi-related, can I crash there during ACL? edit: And I'm not crazy and I'm sure there are people you know who would vouch for me.
