You can shove hand 1. UTG has a huge range you should be ahead of and you've got good FE near the bubble against tagalong. He's got a good sized stack and is feeling pretty good about making the FT, but isn't going to want to chunk a ton of it into the pot against two players showing strength. (At this stage of a tournament, if he had a premium hand, he'd almost always be raising.)

Hand 2: just shove preflop.
