I have the same problem on my current system. What type of processor do you have, and how much RAM does your system have?

Mine is a single core (?) 2.3 GHz processor with 512 MB of RAM, and I can't play 4 tables with PAHUD without it lagging really [censored] bad. A guy on the computer forum basically said the (lack of) RAM was the problem.

mine has AMD Athlon XP 3000+ / 2.17 GHz processor with 512 ram and i have all sorts of lag issues

i'm not attacking your play

you can sit there and justify your play with all these implied odds and pot odds calculations and it wasn't poorly played.

all i'm saying is minraises are gay.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wow, although my style is so much closer to Narena's than Cam's, I do have to agree that minraises are totally ghey. At least the minraise in question wasn't a preflop minraise. Those are completely gay and definitely not even close to lesbian.

I can't say it is rigged of course with any certainly, but some rather improbable events occur a little too often for my taste. Others have said the same thing.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have played on three sites thus far and everywhere in chatboxes I hear the same thing "THIS site is rigged"/"that happends only on THIS site"/and so on. It really doesn't matter, as far we talk about software. People playing may be different, though.

Yesterday lost BIG pots [in tourneys] to runner/runner/runner flushes four [FOUR!] times, but still doesn't consider, that site is rigget. Just variance and [un]luck.

I have the same system as you except more memory and no lag issues except once the other day when a storm blew through and my cable co started having crappy, intermittent Internet service. Then I started seeing the problems everyone has been talking about (yellow tables, extreme lag, timing or being dealt out of hands, etc.) If your internet is reliable, maybe you just need to add some more memory. Multiple open tables can suck up the juice. If you're using Vista, you definitely need to.
