It shouldn't be too hard to get weed, although I heard it's not that great here. You can get coke from almost any cab driver that works at night, or he will know someone that can get it for you. For hookers go to the Hotel Del Rey or that area, the asking price is usually $100 but they're willing to negotiate.
By the way, why are you going to Liberia?
