ok since sean posted here i will take his word for it that the checks are on the way. again, IF FTP JUST TOLD US THAT FROM THE MOMENT THEY KNEW ALL WOULD BE WELL. i will give check 10 calender days to arrive since yesterday (which apparently is a day after sean found out) if its not here by then i will assume going forward:
A) i was lied to by a FTP rep B) the rep was lied to, which is also aggravating C) take 100% of my play to stars |

That resulted in longer than average wait times for North American players who requested a cash-out via check between June 12th and June 26th. It has been confirmed that all delayed checks have been shipped as of June 27th. Your check should be arriving in the upcoming week, or the beginning of the following week at the latest. We understand that in this difficult climate it is more important than ever to have safe, effective and timely methods of deposit and withdrawal for our players. We are currently testing several new payment processing options that we plan to make available to you in the near future. We apologize for the inconvenience these delays may have caused you, and are working to mitigate the impact to our players when we experience processor difficulties.
