if henry goes then surely that makes spurs a better side than arsenal?

[/ QUOTE ]

no way. i disagree.

how about if wenger goes to real madrid, would spurs be better then?
i am sure the r.madrid board thinks wenger would be absolutely perfect.
he is on their shortlist apparently.

I think they take the Getafe manager next week after the Copa del Rey final.

I think the most interesting thing to come of this is what Barcelona decide to do with their extra striker now. I agree that if Inter offer 70M GBP for Messi then he'll be gone, though I'd love Eto'o to come to Milan.

No way Barcelona is ever selling Messi. Either Eto'o or Ronaldinho is probably on their way out. Also they are gonna get rid of some of the other Brazilians.

I think Dinho is out. Henry will play there.

Where does Ronaldinho move to then? I don't see any of the English clubs taking him, is there anybody in Spain or Italy that would want him for the cost? I know there were some pretty interesting AC Milan rumors regarding him around the time they got Oliveira, but I really don't see him as being a good fit there.

If Arsenal don't replace Thierry then think Spurs have a decent shot at beating Arsenal. Also, if Spurs complete the signing of Darren Bent then I believe this issue (who will finish 4th) is getting closer to 50/50.

I'm a Spurs fan but but if given even money I'd back Arsenal. But as I've pointed out elsewhere you can back Spurs at 3.2-1 on this which is becoming more appealing by the day.

Barca isn't done either according to the latest "Sport" news. Christian Chivu, Jorge Andrade, and Yaya Toure are all possibly on there way to Camp Nou.

Another rumor is that Deco is being shown the door.

This is one of the rare occasions where I agree with Pittm. I think Henry will fill Eto'o's (wow) role and he will go.

I don't see turning down 100 million euros for any player. Knowing how their careers went Maradona or Pele at 16 for 100 million euros would be close. In expectation I think you take the hundred million.

I may be overly hopeful here as it will drive up his value but I wonder if Arsenal will also take interest in Kanoute.
