Did you pawn your Hanzo katana?

[/ QUOTE ]

No, I've never owned one. I carry an ASP brand baton, a Taser X26c, 2 sets of Smith & Wesson handcuffs, and a .45 ACP Springfield Armory 1911 subcompact pistol. I wear all said equipment on the belt, and conceal said equipment with a leather balla jacket.

When I get a lapdance for 3 songs, why does the stripper always tell the DJ to switch to the Ramones?

Why subcompact? Given that you're obviously the bouncer, and that you're not going to really conceal all that stuff, just cover it, I'd think you would want a fullsize for reliability reasons if nothing else.

I can conceal it all, and I've had no reliability issues with the sub. I just don't really like the full size 1911's, the 5" barrel is just too long, and I don't really like the wierd looking 4" barrel 1911's. Besides, I'm a "One Gun" guy anyway, so I carry that one piece on me 24/7, not just at work. I've done some trials using several guns and using one gun, and I've realized, like most armed professionals, that if you carry the same gun all the time in all situations, instead of different guns for different situations, you get much more comfortable as well as much more competent with the gun you do carry.
