Really, we need to push for a 4/8 game which I think falls in very nicely with the wording of the statute. I played 4/8 all the time on the ships and it is a very profitable game even with the $5 rake.

The statute clearly says hold'em can have NL games and 4/8 with a $96 maximum loss (hope I did the math correctly) per hand, falls nicely under the $100 maximum buy-in (i.e. $100 maximum straight out of pocket loss per hand).

ANYONE WHO thinks a 3-6 and 4-8 fixed limit game can be beat is a goddamn fool. no fixed limit game can be beat, only spread limits. u outta be pushing for $2-10 spread limits, a very hard game to find and very beatable game. its so easy for u to beat the fish in that game very few casinos willing to offer it cause the good players have too much of an edge.
