How long did you give them to respond to your e-mail?

I only had to contact them once and it took about 2 days but they did respond.

FWIW, it takes a while to get from Prima to Eco to my US bank account (about 2 weeks total) and costs a bit much ($40 in total fees), but I have never had a problem withdrawing through Eco at $5K a pop every couple weeks lately (Prima has been very tasty for the last couple months).

well, i have given them about 4 months now to respond to over 50 emails. i read alot about how people use this with no problems and have read very little of situations like myself, i am not sure why they dont answer me. I have sent emails to everyone of their options.
