You can safely do 74 mph (65 mph limit) on I95 going to Foxwoods. If you find a string of cars doing 80-85 mph you can get in behind them relatively safely. Be careful passing on the right...the troopers watch for that. Lots of tailgating. Once off 95 I wouldn't go much more than 5-6 mph over the limits in speed zones under 65 mph.
